Psalms 27:14
Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD.
Mostly this is waiting, not tolerance: Habakkuk's vision that tarries, the farmer in James 5 waiting for rain. Only Ephesians 4:2 is about bearing with a person, which is what most people mean by patience.

Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD.
Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass.
